The most out there Marvel comics headcanon I have for you is that Aurora and Northstar (Jean Marie and Jean Paul Beaubier) are Mystique and Sabretooth’s biological children. (the two are ‘orphans’ whose parents were ‘killed in a car crash’.)
This has great harmony with Aurora’s DID issues, and Northstar’s temper and control issues.
It also makes the scene in 2000s era Weapon X where Sabretooth brutalizes Aurora in front of Wild Child way more fucked up.
