As a queer asian, I have every right to defend yaoi/BL and yuri/GL. Which many antishippers seem to also be against. Anti-fujin people don’t understand just how important yaoi and yuri is when it comes to asian queer culture. The claim that yaoi and yuri is “fetishizing gay people” is bullshit. GAY PEOPLE CONSUME THIS STUFF! And ESPECIALLY gay asian people. They are dismissing the importance these stories have played in shaping the queer community in Asia. And especially true for the queer community in my home city.Anti-fujin people are queerphobic and racist, no matter what they say.
