I have heard rumours that Grant has left the NaNo org, and Kilby is stepping in as the interim director. I can only hope an interim director has the authority to clean house, because that is the only way I can see the org recovering from this whole mess. Now we can sit back and wonder if Grant had the decency to resign before he got fired, if he was gently nudged to the door and took the hint, or if he was actually fired in disgrace.
Letitia has been actually fired, instead of placed on indefinite leave, and despite claims that she would still have a job if the forums were closed. I can only hope she is doing well. While I still believe she was a poor fit as a lead forum mod, she did actually try for those last few months, at least with the adult programming. Not sure how effective she was on the YWP.
