I’m going to say this as gently as possible, as a person with PTSD myself.
It isn’t up to complete strangers to accommodate your triggers. If you NEED complete strangers to walk on eggshells around you, that’s an unhealthy amount of avoidance.
Furthermore, you need to accept that as long as you have those triggers, some places will be inaccessible to you by their very nature. It sucks we have to deal with this, but you’re the equivalent of a vegan going into a butcher shop and getting pissy there’s no separate vegan menu for you. Your needs are incompatible with the environment.
