Seeing that rb has made me FERAL, it’s been a while since we’ve read those books, but we’ve got the series in a box somewhere and it just clicked in my mind how much we enjoyed it. Damn good books.
It’s honestly almost punishing how good they are. Enders Game is pretty much the only book we were forced to read in high school that I actually liked intensely enough to call myself a fan of it. It’s just *chef kiss*. everything in it is so awful, and it’s carried through SO WELL.
