Hi Mister Gaiman sir, Do you know what’s going on with the Hugo Awards? Two authors who are amazing writers and were eligible was just disqualified and no one is saying why :(
Nobody knows why. They also disqualified Sandman Episode 6 (The Sound of her Wings) without giving a reason. Here’s an article.
Personally, I feel that the Hugo Awards committee should apologise, and that the upcoming Glasgow Worldcon should publicly state that they will ensure that all qualifying nominated items will get onto the ballot.
