What if Wesker was a BOW from the start and human-like BOW’s were a part of society now?
He’s trying very hard to be a good captain but there is a lot of prejudice for BOW’s since most of them are very dangerous :’)
Also all of the stars members have some kind of a bad reputation and Wesker is trying to find people who can join his team since nobody wants to be in his team
