Something I love about Wesker is the fact that you could never gauge his gender identity or sexuality by how he presents. He’s impeccably groomed, and his aesthetic appeal is balanced in such a way that it could attract a partner from literally any part of the gender spectrum. Is he a leather MLM? A he/him dominatrix? He’s definitely kinky; he acts like a womanizer. But, then, sometimes he says things that are just … not what a straight man would say. You can’t exactly call him effeminate, but at the same time, he’s definitely not “textbook” masculine. There’s nothing rugged about him, but he’s strong. Is he even cis? Well, how do you know he’s not cisgender? He looks the way many men try to look, and yet he saunters about like a girl in heels. Maybe he’s asexual, or experiences attraction in varying degrees. Could be fluid. Could be agender. Seriously, who is the target audience here? You never fucking know. It’s such gender goals. It also makes me want to sit on his face. Fucking love this stupid blond boy so much.
