SHOULD we call fictional child assault? i always use those terms to denote what i’m talking about as ficitonal, same way i say Noncon instead of Rape. how should we refer to it if speaking to you?
I mean AO3 just calls it what it is: “underage”.
And if it’s noncon you can just call it “underage noncon”.
And if it’s between an adult and a minor you can go with “underage age-gap noncon”.
You can also go with the common term “adult x minor”.
All of these are already common terms in the fiction writing community.
