i feel like a lot of anti posts calling out tendencies in fandoms (like dark romance fics) are fueled by jealousy for not getting the same levels of engagementthen they use the people who can’t/don’t want to differentiate personal distaste with genuinely concerning content (like sexist content fueled by sexism) to push their message and harass authors op personally dislikes
