A mixture! for anything that’s a one-shot (under 5k or so) we don’t bother to outline. Longfic/multichapter we usually at least work with a loose outline.

We’re working on Metal Gear stuff now, so Metal Gear: Chronocide might actually come out! But there’s also a short PWP of Ocelot/Otacon/Meryl fic on the horizon >:)
