Controlling and restricting the things people are allowed to write or read about in fiction is authoritarian.
Restricting the way, manner and style people are allowed to write about things in fiction is authoritarian.
Censorship is always bad. Always.
You’re also allowed to not like something, but that does not mean you can police what someone writes. Simply agree that what was written was not for you and put it away.
