People need to realize that when they try to justify and force in authoritarian stuff like censoring content they find disgusting, creepy, immoral, weird, etc, etc… that is gonna backfire SPECTACULARLY on them with content they like. Once again, censorship doesn’t just stop at the “pedo fanfics” being the smutty fanfictions about underage characters or incest in fiction. It’s gonna target content that sexualizes characters who are fully grown adults, then LGBT content even if it’s PG, then extreme violence, then mild violence like a tiny blood splatter, curse words like “damn” will also be censored, and even harmless children’s content like POKÉMON will be censored. It. Never. Stops. The more people try to justify and/or support this authoritarian mindset, the more stuff will be censored.
