Indeed. And we use that option frequently. You never see 90% of the hate mail we get.
When we do publish anon hate its because we have a response to it that we feel that the person sending it might benefit from seeing.
We can always block them if they send another message.
Why not just block anonymous asks for your blog in general? Most flamers are cowards who don’t have the balls to flame someone with their username attached to it.
There are lots of reasons to wear a mask of anonymity. For the most part I prefer not to punish the shy for the crimes of the rude.
