Controversial opinion but I like it when a story is about an ugly and terrible revenge. I love it when revenge is ravenous and sharp and stabs with the ferocity of thunder, when it leaves blood on the hands and the lips, when it stains the white dress a ruby red. I just love the archetype of the evil revenge girl.
And I know it’s problematic because “uuuh but that frames revenge as bad and evil :/” but consider: I don’t care. I just want to see fucked up brutal women kill and destroy as the ultimate cry of vengeance. I want to see a supernova explode after being poked and prodded for too long.
