“some of the logical leaps that [Ace Attorney Investigations] expect you to make are some of the worst in the series.” Case 3 my beloathed! The kidnapping one. You’ve just proved that the characters A and B are closely related, and Lang argues this means they planned the kidnapping together. You think you’re supposed to prove that A was unaware of their relation. Nope! You’re supposed to prove there were three kidnappers.I’m pretty sure this is the same case where the proof that A didn’t kill someone else is not that A had been given a fake weapon, but that the victim…. was left-handed.Like you I think Investigations 1 and 2 have some of the best characters, interactions and stories, but dear god the logic leaps.
Yeah, Case 3 is the one we are currently on in the lets play we’re watching. It’s brutal.
The logic in Ace Attorney Investigations is just completely broken in a lot of places, which makes enjoying what is otherwise a great and fun story really difficult.
