Ok but I found a new and much funnier reading of one of the lines.
Like it obviously reads as set a up for his later opinion that Simon is delusional from anger.
But now I think that it was his last rational thought.
Like he only now asks himself why they put a guy who was rotting in jail for so long. To be a prosecutor. And not only he is prosecutor his first case was against Phoenix in orca case. That would have made a national news!
So Phantom, like. A month later. “Wait a second, why they took this guy from jail” WHILE A GIANT TRAP CLOSES AROUND HIM
“Hmm, maybe there’s something wrong about all this… 🤔”
While ‘Courtroom Revolution’ and ‘Twisted Swordsmanship’ trying to slowly evolve into a boss battle music on the background.
😂😂😂 The thing that gets me is this.
Miles let Simon prosecute to hopefully draw out the Phantom
The Phantom got close to Simon to ??? get back his voice print?
so what happened?
did Miles suspect Bobby all along and assign him to Simon as a trap? (this seems unlikely from the way everyone reacts)
or
Did Bobby voluntarily get close to Simon and then suddenly Miles starts assigning him cases to prosecute?
Did Miles assign Bobby to Simon when he started giving him cases to prosecute– and he just by blind chance assigned the Phantom??
