A digital painting of Will Navidson and Karen Green. They’re leaned together awkwardly, like their photo is being taken but neither of them exactly feel comfortable being that close. Karen smiles very slightly, Navidson doesn’t bother. Between and over and around them are abstract dark designs, some recognizable as stairs, doors, hallways. At the bottom of the image is a small, bright house with very dark windows and door. Navidson’s eye is brightly highlighted, making it look uncomfortably open. Highlighting on Karen’s bottom eyelid vaguely suggests a closed eye, though she’s looking forward as well. There is a dark border around the painting, with a lighter outline.ALT
