You are going to have better luck finding what you’re looking for on AO3 in this case.
Resident Evil fandom on tumblr specifically has recently had a bit of a fandom war over this very topic, unfortunately.
There are some people who are very much not happy to see anything less than healthy in terms of relationships in the ship tags, especially with Leon Kennedy.
