AA4 becomes really interesting when we realize that Apollo’s actual role was to help in Klavier’s development and not in the other way. We met Klavier as haha funny bi prosecutor who can’t hold himself from flirting with defense to later learn about him being used by his own brother to cause Wright’s disbarment and he was initially defending Kristoph though he later saw what his sibling actually did, and he needed Apollo’s help to escape from Kristoph’s control. Without Apollo he would never learn the truth he wanted. If we were in Klavier’s head, there would be no surprise in his “strange” behavior when his brother entered the courtroom. Literally everything would be too obvious if we were playing in his POV.
I saw many people complaining about 4-3, but this episode was important for Klavier’s character. It was the first time he had to turn against someone close to him and this person happened to be his bandmate. We saw how, in the beginning, he refused to believe that Daryan could be the killer, but later we learn from our suspect himself that Klavier forbid him from entering the scene of the crime, what makes this guy even more suspicious.
4-1 was to slap Apollo in the face with the truth about his mentor and his idol, and later he sees Klavier entering the scene and stealing the show from him. It’s at least how I see the plot after replaying the game twice and now watching someone’s gameplay.
