Hi! I’m your guest host, tealight. I’ve been a volunteer for the Policy and Abuse committee for, gosh, three years now. (From now on I’m shortening Policy and Abuse committee to PAC). I did the last PAC takeover two years ago and you can find a round up of those answers here. Time flies!
I’m happy to answer your general questions about AO3 policy and the TOS, how reports are handled, and what it’s like to volunteer with PAC.
A couple of housekeeping details:
I am only speaking for myself and not on behalf of AO3 or PAC. I’ll only answer questions related to PAC and my personal volunteer experience.
I cannot answer any questions about specific cases, follow up on any report you’ve submitted, or otherwise tell you if a specific work or user is breaking the rules.

You can submit your questions through a google form here. The form is anonymous and doesn’t track email addresses. You can submit the form more than once if you have multiple questions. The form will close on May 7.
