My favourite thing about Phoenix wright is that it takes place in a world where spirit channelling is definitely provably real and nobody cares. There’s a village of women who can channel the spirits of your dead loved ones and will physically turn into your dead loved ones when the do it and everyone treats it as a cheap carnival trick
except in cases when it’s the most important thing ever. XD
The existence of spirits IS legal precedent after Trials and Tribulations…
