Repeatedly annoyed by people who are like “I totally support weirdos! I’m a weirdo myself!” when what they mean is, “I support people who might be gay or have dyed hair or are a fan of an actually popular tv show that’s just slightly weird, but otherwise you still have to be neurotypical and just one of two genders and you have to have mainstream interests and you can’t have any kinks and you have to be basically exactly like everyone else who fits the status quo.” like they still won’t support furries or lolitas or neopronoun users or polyamorous people or plural systems, even if they do they spend all their time fake claiming anyway and it’s like…?
Okay, so you’re not supportive of weirdos, you just have a slightly higher tolerance of weirdness before you drop immediately into rejection like every other pleb in society. Wow, I feel so supported right now. It feels great to be supported by people who would still hate me for not conforming to their arbitrary standards of “normal”.😑
