We’re in recovery mode tonight so it’s possible that especially heavy or difficult asks will be left in the inbox until we have the spoons for them.
I have to say, I’m sad and frustrated that Jasmine (🎀💖) happened to be the one at the front when we got those graphic rape threats.
Most of us just would have lmao’d them and maybe written some nasty fanfic in response but it just happened to hit the one person in the system for whom rape is always a serious trigger.
We’ve all been doing our best to take care of her and help her recover but it has really killed her desire to be at the front and to participate in fandom right now, and it has rippled through the whole system’s mental health.
