hi, I’m a survivor of a cultlike Evangelical hell church that ideologically abused me with purity culture and told me that my past abuse counted against my virginity and I’m also a proshipper
it’s the same purity culture. it’s. the. same. it’s the same arguments and the same logical fallacies and the same end goals. the only difference is the superficial flavor and the fact that some gay relationships are okay according to online purity culture folks, but shockingly it’s just those gay relationships that meet ideological standards of acceptability and are often sexless and chaste.
nobody calling anti ideology is appropriating anything. it’s the same picture.
