In my own experience, my blog got termed because it was falsely flagged as spam (for reasons I understand, ultimately it was just a mix-up), but even in that case, it took me a solid two to three weeks to get anything back, and this was a case where it was very easy for somebody to look at my blog and go “oh yeah this wasn’t a bot, oops”, so you’ll probably be waiting a while to hear back, I’m sorry to say. Sucks that people reported you, I hope this all works out okay tho.

Tumblr really needs to institute a better report policy rather than auto removing blogs that are targetted as spam.
Its a system that’s ripe for abuse.
