I do remember there’s a line that indicates he certainly died– as I recall the ambiguity is whether is died of natural causes or was executed.
Dahlia on the other hand we know for certain was executed.
These are the only two culprits that the (localized at least) game indicate definitely died. Everyone else is up in the air. They’re simply never mentioned again. Even Godot. ;_;
