When Simon said “Come in” and Apollo pushed his way into his office, he hadn’t expected Simon to be sitting half naked in the dark.
Simon was seated cross legged on a cushion, his hands folded reverently in his lap. His cascade of hair was loose, like a mane around his powerful shoulders, and Apollo was unable to avoid staring with open desire at Simon’s handsome chest and firm, taught stomach.
“Gghhh…. is this a bad time?” Apollo managed, blushing.
Simon’s eyes snapped open, and he smirked wickedly. “You’ve already disturbed my meditation, Justice-dono. Come in and close the door.”

I started reading fanfiction because I wanted all the pain and angst and torture and death that I wasn’t getting in canon so I could soak in the vibes.
I stopped reading fanfiction because all people were writing in my fandoms was ship-focused fic and my ace arospec self wasn’t interested in soaking in those vibes.
Write that story you think no one wants! Please! I guarantee you someone out there with unusual tastes is so, so tired of people only writing what “most people want” and is about ready to give up on ever finding the thing they like.
