wait ok so. whenever alex, a fictional man, who is not incapable of hurting anyone because hes fictional, is brought up in conversation my friend always makes a huge point of how she cant stand him because of how awful he is, and the sexual crimes he committed in canon. but as soon as i suggest not being friends with a real guy from our school, who sexually harassed my real friend and caused real harm and gave her real trauma, she undermines the claims, assumes it never happened and that my friend is lying, and says it doesnt sound like him to do that.
