I ended up liking this cute het ship in a fandom with lots of mlm ships (the majority of important cast members are guys) and it’s very unpopular in the west due to age gap (the gap isn’t super big though but it’s considered problematic enough).There’s not much fic on ao3 or anything on tumblr for it either that’s why it sucks when searching the tumblr tags on it, there’s so many posts there not for the ship. I’ve come across “platonic (shipname)”, “(shipname) being siblings”, “not (shipname)”, etc. And since posts contents with the word also show up, I get to see ship hate with people calling it gross and illegal.I just wanna see romantic stuff with them :’)
