Like, speaking from personal experience it’s not even so much that as it is that pro-endo antis also tend to be, like, way more chill about stuff when we do encounter them. Which is. Like. Not generally how we define anti but we will also choose to be respectful and if they say they’re anti, they’re anti. X_X;
Also. Isn’t Homestuck one of those things you’d think people would be against?? We haven’t read it we find the attraction system in it fascinating though we MIGHT have found a MOGAI thing using the terms and it linked to the wiki coughcough so that makes us triply confused.
Speaking as someone from Homestuck, yes, the canon is absolutely full of everything problematic that antis should want to avoid. And yet the fandom is full of them. Its embarrassing and frustrating.
canon homestuck: necrophilia is a game mechanic and “corpse smooch” is a running joke, the creator (an adult man) self-inserted himself into canon to propose to his oc (a 13 year old girl), there are fat fetish jokes about the female character in question, an underage character dresses in drag, dave and rose are siblings and flirt with each other, rose also constantly makes sexual innuendos regarding dave being attracted to both his mother and father, these 13 year olds are CONSTANTLY committing sexual assault, troll reproduction is inherently incestuous, there is a character who decapitates the corpses of his friends and makes out with the heads, all of the characters are underage and two of them are alcoholics, etc (i could go ON AND ON AND ON)
