If the venn diagram of proshippers and transphobia is a circle, then why are all accounts of me being misgendered from antis? In fact, all exclusionist shit(such as aphobia, panphobia, transmed, etc) directed towards me too, came directly from antis. I’ve only had one proshipper say some exclusionist bullshit to me, one. Literally more common for the bigots to be on the side policing what fiction someone likes me thinks.Oh, and while we’re at it, can we bring up how it’s more common for antis to be racist? I’ve seen that “Japan is pedophile paradise” bs so many times it hurts. I’ve had two white anti shippers harass me, wish me dead, and call me god awful names because God forbid a black person likes a ship where a character of color is happy compared to the canon ship. Don’t get me started on the slurs too, I’ve been called n***er, we’ve seen Lacey(a Jewish proshipper)also be called n***er along with k*ke, I’ve seen ch**k thrown around on Twitter towards the Asian(not just Japanese, they’ve done it to Chinese, Korean, etc as well)parts of fandom. God dammit, remember “freaks of color” over a Star Wars ship?And the ablism. I’ve had ret**d thrown at me, same with again Lacey, and many others. Always an anti.And even when there are bigots in the proship community, we always call it out and disown them. Antis never do it for their own, they either ignore or encourage it. But no, being anti-censorship, anti-harassment, and being ship and let ship is the pipeline to bigotry.
