[b]self affirmations I am perfectly in my right to ask someone to adjust themselves if they are causing me pain. I would adjust myself so they should to. though self affirmations can turn into a dwelling loop so I’m going to try and add new brain experiences to break out of the loop. It’s good to try and give myself affirmations but my brain goes back and forth unless I distract myself
