I think something that could work as a way to confirm age in something like a discord server is if there was some form widely used online age-verification service so you can do the equivalent of showing your id before being let into a bar.
Why would you do that??? Why does anyone need to know?
All there needs to be is consent in YOUR part!
If I say “you have to be 18 to view this” and you click “okay I’m 18” and you’re lying, that’s on you not me!!
I am an anti authoritarian and I will NEVER support more ways to control people, monitor them, or get in their business!
