From what I’ve learned fetish is more arousal connected to object, textures or body part (toe fetish, latex fetish, heels fetish etc.) while kink is more about specific action, intangible characteristic or dynamic (voice kink, erotic asphyxiation, dom/sub dynamic etc.). Ofc line can blur
In depth definitions like this are almost entirely community-specific (as in specific to the community that you learn them in) and different communities disagree which ones are correct.
They all broadly mean “something that isn’t directly sexual that causes someone to feel arousal.”
