I dont understand why written porn of real children ISN’T illegal. If someone wrote depraved fanfiction of my child there’d be hell to pay for sure.
Real children also shouldn’t be celebrities, whether mainstream or online.
Why its okay for Hollywood to exploit child stars.
Why parents are allowed to exploit their children on youtube.
There is no expectation of privacy when you’re a celebrity or a public figure. This is why porn of real children gets written– because they’re put in the public eye as public figures, the same way every celebrity gets porn written about them.
I’ll agree with you that porn written about child celebrities should be illegal when we make child celebrities illegal.
It is not okay to exploit and victimize children for entertainment labor under the best of circumstances.
It’s also not okay to tell people they can’t write fanfiction about public figures and celebrities.
Let’s worry about the way these children are victimized and stripped of privacy by their parents, the entertainment industry, and real sexual predators within the entertainment industry before we worry about the gross fanfiction about them.
