I deal with many thoughts thar makes us feel like monsters that deserve to die, I’m sorry for lashing out…I’m so sorry.
Friend, I’m so sorry you’re feeling that way, and that you feel like you have to lash out. I and many others withing our system feel the same way, monsterous and hurting on the inside.
I promise you’re not a monster, you’re just a person who is hurting.
I mean this very genuinely– maybe putting some of your hurt and anger into a fictional story would help you work out some of those feelings without lashing out at others.
