antis talk how they are “protecting kids” then even if a proshipper is a child they tell them to kill themselves instead of trying to talk to them about it, most the time the kids dont know about what theyre doing and just do it because they see others doing it -⚔

This is the perfect way to talk about how antis may talk about “normalization” in fiction, when they’re actually normalizing violence in reality.
See, when you read/watch/play something in fiction, there’s a barrier between you and the action that’s being portrayed. You know it’s in a story, which gives you the motivation to ask “would this be right or wrong to do in real life.”
But when you see someone real in your life doing something harmful, for instance, cyberbullying, harassing and threatening someone online, there is no layer of seperation.
It’s easy to think “well that person is doing it, and I approve of them, so doing that action must be fine!”
