You hit the nail on the head with the part about people “using boundaries as weapons.” Its awful.
You cannot use boundaries to try to control other people. That’s not what a boundary is.
A boundary is saying “if you do this, I will leave”.
Not “you are obligated to stop doing this or you are an abuser.”
