I think the single worst thing that can happen to you as a fictionkin/fictive is when canon gives you a trait that is quite clearly meant to be a joke at the audience’s expense.
And ordinarily you should be able to discard it as just something the author put in for a laugh and not something that’s actually relevant to you.
But no, for whatever reason this stupid joke trait was really a part of you, and really an element of your life and it’s frustrating and humiliating to admit it, and you just have to carry it with you forever.
