Heron has the ability to reset time every time she’s killed to a slightly earlier moment.
I say ‘ability’ but it’s actually involuntary. If she dies she just pops back to a moment earlier when it would have been able to avert that death.
She has no control over where she gets set back to, but it usually isn’t further than an hour– often only several seconds or minutes.
This ability means that she has seen people close to her die over and over again, and also has gotten used to ‘averting the timeline’ herself’ by self-termination. Its a bunch of trauma TuT
