I think I have found the most pathetic anti argument of all time.There’s been a viral blog post in the proship community recently about how proship used to be considered normal and that antis are the ones who infiltrated fandom culture, and in antis response, was “torturing people to death also used to be considered normal”. They are literally comparing real life events to fictional ones…in an attempt to debunk an argument about not being able to tell fiction from reality.
It is so painfully ironic. I genuinely have no idea how they just fucking idea how they are THIS clueless.
I don’t know how to break it to them that in the world we live in torturing people to death is still considered normal.
