One thing I keep noticing is that every selfship post I see that feels the need to have “proship dni” somewhere in it is always like. The most boring cliche’d domestic stuff. “Imagine marrying your f/o and having a white picket fence house in the suburbs with 2.5 children PR*SHIP DNI THIS ISN’T FOR YOU” no worries lol i didn’t want in on that anyway Like it’s a lot rarer that I’ll see a post that’s explicitly antiship and it *is* interesting to me
LOL honestly we’ve had the same experience.
Those extremely hetero-normative life-script based imagines just aren’t interesting for us.
Same for the life-scripty, heteronormative x reader fic.
Every now and then we’ll see a “proship DNI” on a self ship imagine that’s from somebody who’s into gore/horror type imagines and then we just shake our head (and usually block them so we don’t have to see them again).
We’re uninterested in interacting with the posts of pro-censorship, pro-harassment fans.
