Sorry for doing this on anon, but anxiety.😅I just really wanted to thank you for your post about social media and doom-scrolling. I really needed to hear that. Because, as much as I want to help people, I _also_ have anxiety and C-PTSD, and often forget to take care of my own mental health. Sorry if this comes across as trauma dumping, that wasn’t my intent. I just wanted to say thanks for the much-needed wake-up call, because it helped me realize, that I’m driving myself mad.
