Broadly speaking the answer is that yes, we do like to mix smut with our whump.
However we are not personally enjoyers of noncon.
What a number of us (not all of us) do enjoy is dubcon, or extreme dubcon. (dubious consent).
We’re interested in whumpy smut where all parties are enjoying themselves– even if they shouldn’t be, or even if they won’t admit it to anyone else.
Actual noncon where a character is being forced to participate in sexual activity that they are legitimately not enjoying on any level is a hard squick for us.
But we love things like:
- non-negotiated BDSM
- attempted noncon but the other party is actually into it
- consensual but not safe or sane
- fighting that turns into sex
- sex that involves guns, knives or broken bones
- drugged/drunk sex
- enemies who fuck
- and stuff like that.
