I have to say the funniest thing about standing against censorship in fandom (and everywhere else) is this particular little dichotomy.
People who don’t know us, but only find us through our anti-censorship posting assume that we are constantly writing some absolutely freaky, twisted taboo shit.
Meanwhile the fandom friends we’ve made who are into some absolutely freaky, twisted taboo shit find our stuff really tame, and we have a bunch of tumblr filters so we can avoid a lot of their stuff XD
