someone seems to not like the pairing between klavier and apollo. (Nothing bad with it ofc, it’s refreshing to see apollo being paired with someone else for once).

I don’t really *mind* the pairing of Klavier and Apollo. I think it makes sense– there’s some genuine series subtext that hints toward it as a valid reading.
I just find it mostly boring. They have the same kind of vaguely bickering relationship that Klavier and Ema do, except with all the intensity knobs turned down.
Klavier’s never rude to Apollo beyond gentle teasing, and Apollo constantly reacts to Klavier with a kind of tsundere “don’t think I like you, baka” attitude.
If Apollo was written as a girl, the fandom would loathe the ship XD
Klavier and Apollo act like the default romance in a dating sim, and if people like that, that’s completely fine! I will probably even write some of my take on their relationship at some point.
But i just feel like they have much more interesting and intense relationships with other characters.
