one of my favourite takeaways from turnabout succession is that kristoph really cannot stand phoenix. literally hates him. “Phoenix Wright and Zak Gramarye both deserved what they got” he says. keep in mind all phoenix had done at that point was replace kristoph as zak’s attorney, and bluff a lot in court. this is apparently a personal insult to kristoph. who had never spoken to phoenix at this point. kristoph’s main problem with being found out for faking evidence and killing drew misham is that phoenix was the one to get all the evidence and create the jurist system. what a fun dynamic.
