have you ever played other games in the fire emblem franchise? if not, would u ever consider playing any of the other games?

FE is one of the series where I really want to play more entries in it, but Nintendo is making it real hard for me.

I know a lot about Fates because its our partner’s favorite, and we heard a lot about it while they were playing, but unfortunately we can’t play it *together* because it’s locked on the 3DS and any time we try to play a 3DS game together on the console we fall asleep due to cuddling. (this was the same problem we had with the Ace Attorney Apollo Justice trilogy).

The games before Fates are basically completely inaccessible right now as as far as I’m aware, and the most recent one doesn’t seem very appealing to me.

however, if they ever remake Genealogy of the Holy War I am gonna be pre-ordering that shit XD

Oh, I do have a big soft spot for the weird old anime OVA too XD

I adore how many people flip the relationship dynamics between Larry/Phoenix/Miles.

It is seen in both investigation games and in the investigation theatre plays that, while Miles still gets annoyed at Larry’s antics, he’s more prone of, at the very least, tolerate him (as long as he doesn’t touch his beloved steel samurai). Whereas Phoenix is so done with him and his antics. During the first case of the first game you can see Phoenix wondering why the fuck is he still friends with him. And how he dreads whenever he makes an appeareance.

Like, their dynamic goes as this:

Larry: Edgey, Nick! I’m going to take (Insert crazy/absurd job here)!

Phoenix: Larry please, why are you like this?… I don’t want to defend you in court again.

Edgeworth: Well… as longs as it keeps you occupied and not chasing skirts-

Phoenix: Don’t encourage him Miles!
