As a teenager, Rose comes back to the site of the village for the first time, and finds it destroyed, and abandoned. With one exception. Someone, or something is living in the depths of the factory.
Heisenberg, who is alive, but barely recognizable as human any more, hasn’t had another person to speak to in more than 15 years, and uses his power to trap Rose in the factory with him.
